Working for blue-chip multinational clients, I provide production support and creative guidance to Global and Regional marketing teams. At any one time I would be working across continents, guiding the production process of multiple simultaneous projects in US, UK, Europe, CSI, APAC, China and ANZ. My role is to help clients strike the perfect balance between creative standards and production fees, to uphold the creative vision of the agency without stretching the available budget. I call upon years of experience and a knack for getting the best out of every negotiation to deliver the best possible product quality for the best possible price. I am involved with projects across channels including TV, digital, social, print, POS, OOH, and decoupled models of production. Areas of responsibility included cost reviews, evaluation of the creative idea, timeline management and, when required, selecting and procuring directors when required. Clients include GSK, Bayer, Ferrero and The Gap.
